The Azure Window is a rock formation located on Gozo, an island of Malta. Like the name suggests, the Azure Window consists of a table-like rock that sits over the sea, creating the illusion of an arch-shaped window looking out into the azure sea. Tourists from far and wide come to the Azure Window and the nearby Blue Hole to scuba dive, often staying in Dwejra, which is a tourist village on the island of Gozo. People can also be found cliff-diving off of the Azure Window, even though it is technically illegal. Unfortunately, the arch is beginning to deteriorate, and in a few years the arch will be gone. So make sure to plan your visit soon!
