Magic Kingdom Layout

The Basic Layout of the Magic Kingdom is a central hub area (marked with Cinderella’s Castle) with seven ‘lands’ surrounding the hub. When you enter the park you will be on Main Street, from there you will walk toward Cinderella’s Castle. The castle serves as a central point in the park. From here you can visit any of the park’s ‘lands’. The Magic Kingdom is the smallest (in size) of all the four Disney Parks. Most guests visiting the park work their way around in a clockwise direction, beginning in Adventureland and ending up in Tomorrowland.

TIP: When entering the park, hop on the Main Street Railroad and travel to the second stop – Mickey’s Toontown. You will find this area quite empty early in the day (as guests are making their way around the park). This works very well for guests traveling with small children. They will get to visit Mickey and other characters (including Disney princesses) without long lines and crowds.

These lands are:

  • Main Street
  • Fantasyland
  • Adventureland
  • Frontierland
  • Liberty Square
  • Tomorowland
  • Toontown
