Hudson Valley Ribfest is an annual festival put on by the Highland Rotary Club in New Paltz, NY, just 70 miles north of New York City.

This year’s Hudson Valley Ribfest will take place August 17-19, 2007 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds.

What is Ribfest?

 

Ribfest is a terrific family festival where you can enjoy great food, entertainment and an incredible BBQ contest. Admission is only $5.00 per day for adults and children under 12 are free. Parking is included in the admission price.

Five local and national rib vendors are featured at Ribfest, plus dozens of other non-barbeque food concessions. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, visit hudsonvalleyribfest.org for more information.

Ribfest Hours

  • August 17th: 5pm-10pm
  • August 18th: 11am-10pm
  • August 19th: 12pm-5pm
