The Viaduc de Millau, or the Millau Viaduct, is a large road-bridge that spans the Tarn River valley near Millau in Southern France. It is the tallest vehicular bridge in the world, standing at 1,125 feet high at its highest point. This means that it is taller than the Eiffel Tower and slightly shorter than the Empire State Building at its highest point. The Millau Viaduct was dedicated in 2004.
