This mountain is called Corcovado, which in Portuguese means “hunchback”. It sits in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, a city that has a metro population of more than fourteen million people.

Have Tweeted you that this mountain in Rio is the Sugar Loaf and not the Corcovado. The Corcovado has the Christ the Redeemer statue on top of it. The pic may have been taken from Corcovado with a long lens, or have been taken from a closer hill.
