Botanical gardens, Bellagio Hotel

Las Vegas is a gamble, you can win the jackpot or you lose the shirt off your back. To get the most gambling out of your hard earned cash you’ll want to explore free entertainment options and the Bellagio is loaded with inexpensive options.

The Bellagio hosts what is probably Las Vegas’s most popular free attraction, the dancing water fountains. This extraordinary display of light, water and music operates Monday through Friday, every half hour from 3 pm to midnight, on weekends it runs from noon to midnight.

Another famous attraction is the Botanical Garden. Just past the lobby is a stunning display of nature’s bounty, perfectly groomed to reflect the current growing season. The garden is never exactly the same so make sure to stop and visit every time you’re in town.

And, as long as you’re in the lobby, take a look skyward. This famous lobby features 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers by world-famous artist, Dale Chihuly. Views of the beautiful Fiori di Como are free but a souvenir from the Chihuly Gallery is going to cost you.

Another sight that must be seen to be believed is the Bellagio’s magnificent Chocolate Fountain. This 27-foot tall fountain sends 2,100 pounds of the liquid lava cascading through it’s intricate design, pouring white, medium and dark chocolates to create an eye pleasing and mouth watering display.
