Six Flags

Most people go to Six Flags Magic Mountain not only to have fun but also to experience a safe kind of fear. We go because we love the adrenaline rush of roller coasters and free fall rides. The Halloween season brings even more fun fear because that’s when the amusement park hosts its annual Fright Fest. I

The haunted houses are among the favorite attractions of Fright Fest. There are three of them at Magic Mountain: Jokester’s Hideout, Brutal Planet and Willoughby’s Haunted Mansion. The first is a maze meant for all ages but the other two are scary and shouldn’t be entered by those who are too young to understand that the fear will eventually come to an end.

Another Fright Fest attraction is the frightening performance art. Costumed characters bring the streets to life. Hypnotists, witches and other Halloween-themed characters are at the center of all of Magic Mountain’s performances during Fright Fest so there’s something fun and frightening for everyone.

For tickets and information visit the park’s website.
